Senator Sam Nunn Citizenship Award

This is the application for Sam Nunn Citizenship Award. The Sam Nunn Citizenship Award recognizes two elementary school students for their community service. The two winners of this annual award will each receive $50 and a certificate. Please read below for the requirements to apply for this award. Good luck!

APPLICATION DEADLINE: Friday, March 29 at 5pm

REQUIREMENTS:
- Must currently be in grade 3, 4, or 5.
- Passing all subjects for the current school year.
- Must be able to show good citizenship through community service or extra curricular activities.

INCLUDE:
1. Completed application worksheet
2. 100 - 250 word essay (see below)
3. A letter of recommendation from a teacher.
